Tuna Noodle Casserole

This Tuna Noodle Casserole recipe has long been a favourite in our household. It’s an easy recipe that make enough for a large family, lots of friends or lots of leftovers that can be heated up for lunch. This comfort food can be made with ingredients that are usually in the pantry and freezer. Surprise your family with a home cooked comfort dinner on a chilly autumn night. They will feel loved ❤️.

  • 1 pkg (340g) Egg Noodles
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cans tuna, drained
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups crushed plain potato chips (can also use crushed goldfish crackers
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. Boil water in a medium pot. Add egg noodles and cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
  3. Meanwhile, mix soups, milk, tuna, peas and cheese together in a large bowl.
  4. Once noodles are done, drain, and then add to the soup mixture.
  5. Stir to combine and pour into a 9×13 pan.
  6. Fill a large ziplock bag with potato chips, seal and then crush chips.
  7. Sprinkle crushed chips over top of pan.
  8. Cook in oven for 15-20 minutes.
  9. Serve warm.
Tips: If you want to make half the recipe, use full can of cream of chicken soup, omit celery soup, halve rest of ingredients and use an 8×8 pan.
