Spinach Dip with Shamrock Chips

St. Patrick’s day is coming up and on that day, anything green is good! Spinach Dip is a delicious way to serve up some green. And adding shamrock tortilla chips is a fun festive way to celebrate! This recipe comes out warm and gooey and is my favourite dip. Plus it only uses 3 ingredients so its easy to whip up.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 packages of cream cheese softened
  • 1 package of frozen spinach (defrosted and drained)
  • 1 pouch of Knorr Onion Soup Mix
  • 3 tortillas (spinach or garlic pesto flavour for green colour)
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cut out shamrock shapes from tortillas using shamrock shaped cookie cutter.
  3. Place shamrocks in single layer on cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 12 minutes, turning chips halfway through (at 6 minutes).
  5. Meanwhile, squeeze defrosted spinach to get all the water out.
  6. Mix spinach, soup mix and softened cream cheese in a oven safe bowl till combined.
  7. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
  8. Serve warm with Chips.
