Chicken Pot Pie Cups

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken (we used the pre-cooked chicken strips)
  • 1 can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 1/2 cups Frozen Vegetables Mix (onions, celery, carrots)
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 package (12 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough

Purple Pudding

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 small avocados, pitted and scooped out
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter (or other nut or sunflower seed butter)
  • 1 tbsp arrowroot powder or tapioca powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
